My stay at Hanoi Capital House & Spa was quite enjoyable. The staff, especially Mimi and her brother, were amazing and went out of their way to assist me with travel arrangements and local advice. However, the bathroom in the dorm room could use some improvement.

I had a wonderful 2-night stay at Hanoi Capital House & Spa. The welcome from Mimi made me feel like family, and she was incredibly helpful with organizing tours and dining recommendations. The location was perfect, near great dining spots and sightseeing attractions, although the mixed dorm I stayed in could have used some more space and better bathroom arrangements.
